Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. In about 5-7 business days, your refund should be posted to your original method of payment.

Returns

LY’s policy lasts 30 days. This means that 30 days after date of purchase, the opportunity to receive a full refund expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or have the return sticker included with each item.*

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer! See Shipping section for info on where to return your item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. Any concerns involving an exchange can be addressed in the Contact Us section under our Quick Links.

Gift Returns

If you are the recipient of an item marked as a gift, and it has been shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned gift. Once the returned gift is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If a gift giver purchased an item that was not marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. All 3 conditions must be applicable:

  • Item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Item is returned between 31-45 days after date of purchase 
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Full Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as the decision of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an automatic credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for this transaction to occur.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please first ensure that your bank account is up to date. If you’re still unable to locate your funds, then it’s recommended to contact your credit card company. It may take a longer time before your refund is officially posted.

If the matter is still unresolved, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. Certain banks may take longer times than others. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please use our Quick Link and select Contact Us.

 

 

Shipping
To return your product, use our Quick Link send us an inquiry with the Contact Us link.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot  guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
